Mindfulness

Mindfulness is undergoing an upsurge of interest in North America, both as a valuable wellness practice and as a psychotherapeutic application.  This brief workshop will introduce participants to the origins and key ideas behind mindfulness, along with guided exercises to provide an experiential taste of mindfulness practice. The workshop will conclude with some information on developing a personal mindfulness practice.
