Fish is good for us, but are we good for fish?

Celebrate World Fisheries Day Nov 21 by exploring the state of earth's ocean and the heath of global fish stocks. Dig into the international legal framework that controls our national conservation efforts, and leave with practical advice for the Canadian consumer.

Panelists include:

Jay Lugar, Program Director Canada, Marine Stewardship Council

Melissa Marschke, Associate Professor International Development and Global Studies, uOttawa Faculty of Social Sciences

Pierre Cloutier de Repentigny, PhD student and Part-Time Professor, uOttawa Faculty of Law, and 2017 Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Scholar.

This event will be held in English, but questions are welcome in French and English.
