Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep,  is a guided visualization practice that promotes deep relaxation while you are awake and aware. There is no way to do it incorrectly - simply lie down on the floor, close your eyes, and listen to your guide’s voice. Aside from a few optional gentle stretching exercises at the beginning to help your body and mind settle, there is no movement involved. Come and experience total relaxation in your mind and body.

All are welcome and no experience whatsoever is required. You may lie directly on the floor, or bring a yoga mat or a blanket.
